- added velocity keyboard output (onscreen keyboard, midi and sequencer)
- added mod input to vca
- sync sequencer with midi clock and start/stop commands
- new midi settings ui
- added midi percussion mode
- fixed midi implementation(reacts on zero velocity noteOn commands as noteOff)
- changed patchbay disconnect behavior
- scale lfo led to 0 to 1 and added lowpass filter
- reconnect midi keyboard after restart
- fixed how sequencer quantizes notes
- other bug fixes and usability improvements
