About Weightlifting

Log your weightlifting routines and track progress over time.

Weightlifting is a simple app that allows you to track your strength training workouts and track your progress over time. Add your current weight lifting routines to the app and log every set you complete. The simple user interface will allow you to see how your strength has increased over time. Weightlifting was designed with ease of use and speed in mind. Logging your sets during your workout is simple and takes only a second.

Weightlifting was designed to be minimally intrusive to your workout. Log your sets and track your workout without an unnecessary features. The app is simple and fast and won't detract from your workout.

- Track your progress

After every workout you log, you'll be able to see your progress over time for every exercise you have completed. The simple to understand graphs will allow you to track your max weight, volume, and total repetitions over time for every exercise you have completed.
