Minor bug fixes and performance improvements.

-Goodbye Lottery, Hello Bonus Coins! We've replaced the lottery system with a new way to earn coins by hitting specific step milestones. Now, everyone can win lots of coins from just one video. Check the FAQ for details.

-Step Tracking: If your steps aren't tallying correctly via Google Fit, switch to "Phone" as your data source.
