RIO Connect

RIO Connect supports you as a driver in your daily work. With RIO Connect, you can exchange messages and images with the dispatcher reliably and quickly. In addition, you receive the tours and orders created by the dispatcher. This means that you and the backoffice stay always up-to-date and can react immediately if necessary.

RIO Connect uses the Internet connection of your smartphone (4G/3G/2G/EDGE or WLAN, if available) for a direct and reliable connection to the backoffice.

Functionalities in detail:

- Sending and receiving messages and images in real time

- Use of predefined texts

- Status information of messages (read, unread and received)

- Sending of damage reports

- Receiving tours and orders

- Transmission of status information of tours and orders

- Update of the ETA information (if there is a truck navigation app available)

- Manual and automated switching to day/night mode

- Automated switching to driver mode
