• if detect location is enabled, use last known place name if no network is available for a new lookup

• NOTE: if your widget does not completely fill the space after updating to Android 15... this is an issue with the *launcher* not reporting the correct dimensions to the widget
• a temporary fix in Meteogram (until the launcher fixes this) is to set the "correction factors" in the Advanced Settings section of the widget
