This app is essential to your success and should be used alongside the program. It provides real time feedback to your healthcare team (HCP, RDN, DTR). The data will assist in the individualization of your program throughout your weight loss journey.

The app provides easy to use tools that:

• Track progress with a food/water intake log

• Will sync to Apple watch/Fitbit to track fitness goals

• Will sync to our remote weight and blood pressure monitoring

• Allows for the download of pertinent laboratory data

• Allows direct communication with your healthcare team
