Renal Chart allows to calculate the GFR (Globular Filtration Rate) based on recognized formulas (CKD-EPI, MDRD and Cockcroft-Gault) and to cross GFR and Albuminuria / Proteinuria values on the basis of the KDIGO 2012 Guidelines. The Application is not intended to diagnose, treat, alleviate, cure, prevent or manage any disease. The application can be downloaded for free and is intended for the doctor.
