The vlc has updated many features, and some features require a higher SDK target, so for the old SDK users, may need to upgrade the OS to the newer SDK.
As the previous version, we had removed some features from vlc, while this version vlc has kept almost the whole features from the original vlc projects.
This app is a vlc project port to Android, and with the minimum customizations .
Additionally, as the google play policy updates, so the app can not access your external storage any more.
