Ok, you've joined the gym, now it's time to train! With the SESC/DF Aluno app, made available by your gym, you have all the support to carry out your training and also generate very important data so that your trainer can provide the best training for you!

It works like this: you train, ask questions, communicate with your trainer, view your evaluation, and receive training with photos and videos of the exercises that were planned for you.

- Never be left without training, the app notifies you when your trainer provides a new training session and when an old training session has ended!

- Train with our "Virtual Trainer" who shows you how to do each exercise on the sheet, timing your rest time and showing you how to perform it through images and videos.
