Added preloader when loading the application
Removed the button to get the number of rooms
Now the availability of numbers is updated according to the choice of service, operator, country
Added "foolproof", buttons are unlocked as options are selected
Added new room parameters:
- the ability to include plus in front of the number
- the ability to enable autocopy without country code
- the ability to save additional parameters the next time you start the application.
