* Ultimate Boxer Workout: Can now turn off the exercise call to have just random length punch combinations called out.
* Exercise call no longer repeats 2+ times in Ultimate Boxer workout. Punch always follows an Exercise call.
* 5 second warning given before the next round starts - says "Ready".
