Certified Service Mobile Toolbox (CSMT) is een mobiele tool voor het personeel van General Motors Dealer Service. Daarin kun je:

• Pre-autoriseer specifieke reparaties onder garantie (PRA)

• Gebruik foto's om de efficiëntie van het Part Return Process (PPR) te verbeteren

• Stuur onderdeelinformatie voor traceerbaarheid (RPT)

• Gedetailleerde Field Product Reports (FPR) indienen

• Opzoeken en bekijken van terugroepacties op voertuigen (Recall)

• Toegang tot de servicewerkbank

Alle modules hebben de mogelijkheid om embedded afbeeldingen en video van het voertuig in kwestie op te nemen.

- New PRA ‘Attach Media feature, where users can now view the Photos/Video they submitted for a previous PRA.
