  Fixes the surname naming conventions for female names for Latvian and Russian origins to be conform with their respective rules (thanks to Leiko Mori and Татьяна Данилова).
  Flips the order of given name and surname for Korean, Vietnamese, Japanese and Chinese names to be conform with their naming rules (thanks to Clara Alexandra Djalim).

  Removed weird names, especially from "English". English from now on will be associated with British names.
  Thus, adds new origin: "American", which gives you more American sounding names.
  Obviously both origins produce relatively similar, but still distinct names.

  Unfortunately I can not add names for Thai and Filipino as I can not gather enough names for these origins. I am very sorry for this :-(
