My diet by Nutribook is the app that allows you to follow your diet directly from your smartphone.

The app is dedicated exclusively to patients of nutrition professionals who use Nutribook's nutritional software. The patient can access the app only with the link sent via SMS by their nutritionist. The login credentials will be created automatically.

With the My Diet by Nutribook app, patients can view the food plan drawn up by their nutritionist wherever they are. With the plan always at hand, you can:

- Compose the daily or weekly menu

- Choose the food among the proposed alternatives

- Add notes to the food or meal

- Attach photos to each meal

- Consult the shopping list
