이 응용 프로그램은 시민이 시민의 불만을 해결하기 위해 올바른 정부 기관에 연결할 수 있도록 만들어졌습니다. 시민은 간단한 단계로 불만을 게시하거나 동료 시민이 제기 한 불만에 대해 투표하여 불만의 규모를 강조 할 수 있습니다.
