1. Added a blacklist feature that allows users to add or remove other users from their blacklist
- Blacklisted users will no longer appear in search results
- Home feed will not display posts from blacklisted users
- Comments from blacklisted users will be hidden

2. Added push notification settings
- You may choose to receive system notifications
- You may choose to receive push notifications for likes and comments
