Welcome to 30 Day Jumping Jacks Challenge, the exercise used in this challenge is jumping jacks or you can do half jacks if its difficult to do jumping jacks. Do this exercise on specified days for specific time interval.
Here are some of the tips to complete this 30 day jumping jacks challenge. Always try to keep your body hydrated and for that its better to drink a minimum of 2.5 to 3 liters of water each day. Forget processed or canned foods and go for whole foods when ever possible.
