What's new: new role + bug fixes! 🎉

- New role: the president! The president will be revealed to all players at the beginning of the game. If the president dies, the village loses. The village must protect the president!
- Enable gunner, priest and witch to cancel action during night
- Fixed sect hunter in random games without sect leader
