v6.3:
- Add icon to open menu because many users ask "where is menu button?". New Android devices no longer has menu button, but actually menu button can be accessed by long pressing on "recent apps" button.

v6.2:
- Add setting to disable context menu (Bookmark, Add to clipboard, Share) while reading bible text.

v6.1:
- Minor bug fixes: fix background color when scrolling on "table of contents" in Document page
