Enhancement:
- New app themes and dark mode
- Support "Default the First Day of a Week" date picker setting
- Date field will not be limited to a specific range anymore
- Uploading files progress will be displayed when saving entry
Bugs fixes:
- Specific URL did not open in browser
- Biometric login was not supported in last android versions
- "New sheet from subtable" hyperlink in subtable not working
- Adjust subtable view layout
