Funda Wande

Funda Wande is a world-class multimedia course to teach Foundation Phase (Gr R-3) teachers how to teach reading. Partnering with literacy experts and South African universities, the Funda Wande reading course will be the first of its kind in South Africa. All materials will be made available for free (Open-Access) to all South African teachers. Funda Wande will also include on-going coaching for teachers. Those teachers who successfully complete the course and pass the final assessment will earn a SAQA-accredited Certificate in Teaching Early Grade Reading.
