Fixed app crash when adding new remote and one of the remotes doesn't have a name.
User will be able to see correct remotes when connecting to IVU.
App will support adding 4 remotes if firmware v2.10 and above
Timer for the app is updated to 10 seconds.
App to allow to learn Bluetooth remote once 5 btn remote is paired first.
Reset default protocol to ADS RF on Factory Reset from app.
Prevent app crash when no supported protocols found.
Display correct popup when failed to learn 2 remotes.
