You learn the self-regulatory technique Mental Contrasting with Implementation Intentions, also called Wish Outcome Obstacle Plan (WOOP).

You can use WOOP to fulfill your wishes and to organize all the things you have to keep in mind while applying to college and while completing college. WOOP will help you to strongly commit to feasible goals and not waste your energy on impossible goals. You can share your wishes with your friends.
