Smart IRX is a mobile/web-based system that connects patients and health professionals through technology. This complete medical wallet will allow you to have medical records, lists of medications and physicians of contact on hand for yourself, your loved ones and family pets too! With technology and innovation, Smart IRX gives you access to physicians, dentists, pharmacies, laboratories and veterinarians in any chosen area nationwide.

How does it work?

This safe and easy process starts by downloading the app for FREE in the App Store or on Google Play. Continue by creating a personal profile and filling in the personal data necessary (i.e., photo id, height, weight, gender) and then provide your medical insurance information, if applicable. All of the information in the app is saved to a secured server so that privacy and security are not in question.

Your health professional will upload your medical records, lab results, imaging records, visitation and consultation notes as well as prescriptions right to the app. As a patient, you will have access to these files but only health professionals will be able to alter them.

Smart IRX will allow patients to:

-Connect with health professionals via chat or video calling.

-Send prescriptions to the pharmacy of your choosing in a just a few steps.

the medications you are currently taking.

-Allows health professionals to save time by having the chance to review the patient's

medical history before an appointment.
