Association of Indonesian Architects (IAI)

IAI was founded officially on 17 September 1959 at Bandung. Now at the age of 48, IAI has consisted of more than 11,000 architects are registered through 27 stewardship management area and two branches spread throughout Indonesia, with the stewardship of the youngest regions in East Nusa Tenggara, which was declared on 27 October 2007.

IAI is active in international activities through its membership in ARCASIA (Architects Regional Council of Asia) since 1972 and in UIA (Union Internationale des Architectes) since 1974, and AAPH (Asean Association Planning and Housing) in which IAI is one of the founders.

In the home country in addition to partnering with the government, IAI remain actively associating with other professional associations, such as through membership in pegembangan Institute of Construction and Construction Services Forum Professional Association.

CONNECT IAI are the social media applications to facilitate the dissemination of information, communication, collaboration, conclave (e-voting) to all members of the profession "Association of Indonesian Architects (IAI)" active and spread throughout Indonesia.
