Mobile-enabled update on Voice of Delivery & Voice of Sales (the health of an account) based on the judgment of GOL and GRM which provides an updated concise view on the health of accounts for the senior leadership team. Enables the leadership team to intervene and assist in resolving problems in accounts that have issues. The app is updated with VOD and VOS at least on a weekly basis. If there are more frequent updates, the updates are made more regularly. The leadership team would access the app on a daily basis.
