Maxima on Android

- Output reuse is implemented. On tapping computation result enters corresponding maxima command.

- Auto completion of maxima commands in command input area is implemented.

- Preference screen is added and can be called from menu. Enabling/disabling of auto completion, Manual language selection, and the font size setting for command input area and latex output can be set here.

- Mathjax menu is disabled for preventing misuse.
