Quick fix to cope with changes to the RKO site.
Also added a few new features and other fixes:

* Support for Bluetooth remote controls
* Respects Audio Focus
* Shuffle play
* Added more cover art
* Fixed UI issues on newer Android versions

Note that recent versions of Android may kill the player after a while, when turning off the screen. This will be fixed in a future release by moving the player to a background service.
