Optimied:
1. After entering the game, you can select the initial ships.
2. After losing a battle, tips on how to raise your Might will be displayed.
3. Pop-ups in the in-game Shop will show recommended deals.
4. Added "Ship Modification Blueprint" in the modification tab.
5. Quick Equip will now factor in the XO and ship compatibility.
6. Added Battleship Hiei and USS Ranger (CV-4) to the game.
7. Adjusted and removed Stage level restrictions.
8. Removed speedup in the Arena to ensure fairness.
