Developed by the same company that invented the Zygo headset, this app contains an ever-growing library of guided audio workouts for swimming and other water sports. Charismatic coaches provide instruction and motivation for all levels, from the basics of freestyle to triathlon training. Workouts are paired to music and range from just a few minutes to over an hour.
