This 7 minute tutorial is a basic Yoga Warm Up for you to get your blood flowing before any other physical activity. Whether that's yoga, running, biking or other, it's important to warm up all major muscle groups before starting any physical activity. We will do some core work, stretch the hamstrings and hip flexors, strengthen the shoulders and create space through the upper body.
