Added new cities: Pristina(Kosovo), Tirana(Albania). Fixed a crash on starting in some configurations.
Solar events were added to MyEvents.
Introduced Prime (Zero) Meridian for Lunar calculations. Lunar MyEvents can be calculated using Current or one of Prime locations (in previous version - only using Current or Mayapur locations.).
Fixed Amavasya and Purnima calculations: from now Current location is always used for them.
Refactored 'Notify events' settings: the list is taken from "Show events" configuration.
