Added new courses
Improved the contrast so it's much easier to see all the text
Made the commands much bigger on phones so they're easier to drag and drop accurately
It's now easier to always see the coins and diamonds as they appear as an outline when behind something else
Added a speed toggle button so the cat can now move at two speeds: normal and fast
Made lots of interface tweaks and improvements to make it easier to use
