It is with deep pride and honor that we are inviting you to the Biennial Congress of the 49th PSA Annual Convention and the 14th Asian Oceanic Society of Regional Anesthesia-Pain Medicine (AOSRA-PM) to be held on October 17-19, 2017 at the Philippine International Convention Center in Manila. The theme, “Weaving the Tapestry of Regional Anesthesia: Themes, Threads, and Trends,” conveys the changing landscape in regional anesthesia and pain management. It speaks of best practices that have been polished further through the advent of novel drugs, state-of-the-art equipment, and modern technology.
