Connected to your Cegid accountant, it automates most accounting entry tasks, and allows them to refocus their time and skills to support and advise you.

In a few words, Cegid Flow provides perfect visibility, day to day:

- customer invoices to be paid and their due dates,

- supplier invoices to be paid and their due dates,

- your current accounts,

- your income and expenses categorized by typology,

- all justified accounting documents, shared with your accountant and recorded.

In detail, Cegid Flow allows you to:

1 – Access your short and medium term cash flow forecasts

Cegid Flow gives you the forecast balance of your company based on your invoices, your bank balance and incompressible expenses (salaries, social charges, taxes). This is how you get a reliable cash flow forecast. You take control of your finances using an intelligent assistant and successfully anticipate your needs.

2 - Transmit accounting supporting documents over time

Send your invoices and all your accounting documents securely using a simple photo from the application. The transmission of information has never been so fast: the application is connected to your accountant's accounting management tool and automates the transmission of documents and entry of entries.

3 - Manage payment deadlines

Cegid Flow gives you visibility and control over your deadlines, their reminders and their payment, to allow you to follow up with your customers when necessary. The “we owe you” and “you owe” tabs give you a view you can act on immediately. For each transaction, you will find the invoice number, status, payment deadline, category and amount excluding tax/VAT. You can also automatically follow up with your partners via a customizable email template directly from your email box connected to the application.

The application provides you with analysis of revenue and expense items each month. Cegid Flow categorizes your company's expenses: amount, type of expense, number of operations concerned, percentage of all expenses and allows you, with your accountant, to have an exhaustive vision of your company's costs in order to anticipate and optimize future expenses.
