1. Fixed prize chest for "9000 Blocks Mined" being empty (sorry)

2. Added roof to the Nether to help with natural spawning, spawns in the Nether do not naturally occur unless there are blocks above.

3. Added "Raw Iron Block" and "Raw Copper Block" to possible outcome, replacing "Anvil" and "Lit Pumpkin"
