Bug Fixes:
- Reading plans were not being loaded after a user was removed from a group.
- When user is removed from a group they could lose their reading plan. Now the app converts these group plans to a personal plan when removed from a group.
- When a member removed themselves from their only group the app failed to reload properly.
- Group getting delete unintentionally under certain circumstance.
- Group Details page refresh feature was not working properly when user had multiple groups.
