Thanks for using the Service NSW mobile app! We use your feedback to make regular improvements.

From this version, when you set your app up with your account you will be prompted to set the app up for multi-factor authentication as well! This is also available from the app's Settings screen. Set this up on your most used device to protect your MyServiceNSW account from unauthorised use.
