Khan Buz is a chain of cafes serving Buryat and Mongolian cuisine, where you can always eat deliciously, quickly and inexpensively.

Our cafes practice the concept of a monomenu, consisting of a small number of authentic dishes, the main one of which is buuz. We don’t scatter ourselves, but do only what we love and know how to do, and we do it simply perfectly.

Buuz does not contain any synthetic additives or flavor enhancers. This is a principled position - to achieve excellent taste using only natural ingredients. After all, we are trying to preserve the taste and appearance of those pristine buuzes that our ancestors treated their guests to on important holidays.
