2J ECU changes:
Idle valve position now correctly shown when negative
Lambda live graph scales to 5v
Custom "Live data (text)" screen with only relevant outputs

RC5 module changes:
Removed "Unknown" (0000) fault after clearing fault codes

All ECU changes:
IAT live graph now 0-100 degrees C
MAP live graph now 0-200kPa (1 bar vacuum to 1 bar boost)
Fixed fault screen layout for narrow screens
