Astra-Go is a mobile app that works with Astra-Campground Manager front desk reservation, registration and property management system. It extends some of the management functions used in Astra by the RV park office team. Park managers can view a detailed list of customers that are currently in the campground, scheduled to checking in, or check out. Astra-Go communicates remotely to the front desk, allowing updates and status changes to any customer transaction. Check-in or check-out customers from the front gate on a tablet or smart phone. Do a site check from your golf cart and verify the occupants, license numbers, and vehicles for all your registered guests. All remote entries through the app will immediately update the front desk system. This app requires that the host park have a valid site license for Astra-Campground Manager™ and that each user has access credentials as set by the business’s software administrator.
